Document system folder exception in Quick Start Section

Because the tool will not scan into system folders, the tool will never include some default red folders on Vista machines in the WMI data. For example, the start menu folder will never show up in the WMI data because a folder above it is a system folder.
It is suggested that the documentation be updated to explicitly state that this will be the case. This will help evaluators who have not read the indepth discussion of how the tool works understand why these folders aren't appearing in the Results Viewer.

It looks like this was never included in the Microsoft release of the Data Encryption Toolkit. Our next-best option is to add this to the project's Wiki somewhere.
