Is it possible to get a Doc with instruction on how to configure the Assistant to install using command line parameters to encrypt the whole disk?

EFS itself is not capable of doing full disk encryption. If this is what you need (based on your risk profile), I would suggest that BitLocker might be a good option for you. It is a component of Windows Vista Business, Enterprise, and Ultimate.

I might suggest that you take a look at the Data Encryption Toolkit for Mobile PCs Security Analysis document at www.microsoft.com/det for an analysis of the risks inherent in mobile PCs and how EFS and BitLocker in their various configurations can help address those risks. In some cases, full disk encryption is not necessary. Again, this depends on your risk profile.
