EFS Error 1011

When running the Efs Assistant I get an error in my application log:

When running the tool it does not enript anything.

I see this error too as well. Here's the order of events.
1.  EFSAssistant.exe starts up, but is at 0% of cpu utilization
2. Wmiprvse starts to hog up the CPU until this error is dumped into event logs
3. Once the error is logged, EFSAssistant starts to do it's normal thing.

I don't see any real issue with this other than the CPU resource utilization on Wmiprvse on startup. EFSAssistant does it's normal thing otherwise.

On our GPO, we have the reporting turned off . What it looks like it is doing is trying to update or find the WMI namespace for EFSAssistant reporting so it can update it.I can't tell if this is a side effect of having reporting turned off or if it was an issue with updating the WMI namespace on installation of the EFSAssistant tool.
Thoughts ? This slows down the machine when it kicks off and creates an annoying error entry.
